3D Virtual Reconstruction and Visualization of Complex Architectures
International Workshop | 8th edition
Bergamo, Italy  | 6-8 FEBRUARY 2019

The meeting will be held at the University of Bergamo, in the ex-Convento of Sant'Agostino in Città Alta, from 6th until 8th of February 2019. 3D ARCH is a series of international meetings which started in 2005 and that is repeated every two years. The workshop is multidisciplinary and involves researcher in the field of architecture and building engineering. The Bergamo edition will be characterized by a new opening towards those sectors that today are in the minority (Drawing Icar/17, Restoration Icar/19, Archaeology L-Ant 7/8/10), even with the direct involvement of the scientific communities.

The main objective of the meetings is the exchange of experiences about the latest methods and research on the architectural survey, virtual reconstruction and 3D visualization of cultural heritage, also of complex architectures disappeared or never built. The focus of the workshop is to discuss steps and processes for smart 3D reconstruction, modelling, accessing and understanding of digital environments from multiple data sources.

PAPER SUBMISISON
Abstract: the abstract should be at least 1000 words, possibly with figures, and should be sent as PDF file (first-author-name_etal.pdf) via email to remondino@fbk.eu.

Camera Ready: the final full paper should be formatted following the ISPRS format, with a max length of 8 pages. After the authors affiliations and before the keywords please type only Commission II, without any reference to WG. Please sent the final paper as PDF file via email to remondino@fbk.eu.
The accepted paper will be published on The International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences. The Archives is scientific journal (ANVUR Classe A – Area 08); they are listed in the ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) of the Web of Science, SCOPUS, the E/I Compendex and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
